Lana | ||
She
was with us from 1988 til August 2001. Dalmatian-hound
mix the
most loyal of all dogs. The
absolutely most was for her to be with us. There was no vacation without
her, whether in the summer or in the winter skiing – she was always
with us. We didn’t mind to
renounce to vacations involving flying. She would have died in a box in
a cargo compartment, or wherever she would have to go. She was a very
frightened dog and always a bit clumsy. If she did not know an object,
she could sit for hours before it in a safe distance, without passing
it. Until that object dissolved itself or ran away *lol*. August
2001, one week after the last holiday with us, one Sunday she went to
sleep in the arms of ther master. We
shall always miss her.

Charlie |

Charlie was born in June 2004 Dalmation-hound
mix He
came to us in May 2006. In
January 2006 he was given to an animal shelter, because he is too bubbly.
(pffffft) By
coincidence he was discovered by my husband in the animal shelter. His
intention was to just pass by the shelter, and he saw him sitting in the
outside bawn. Full braking... parking...running to him... and at once a
deep friendship developed. During
the first time we just fetched him for a walk, but after only two weeks,
my whole family had convinced me to fetch him to live with us forever. Oh,
ok, who can say no to that? lol What
he likes most is to play ball. Balls in all sizes are the greatest for
him. Lucas, my son goes with him regularly to a school for dogs. Charlie
has settled in very well with us, and how could it be different, he is
always in the middle of everything (suppose we can forget about
vacations in far away countries) *lol*. He is very similar to Lana, but
a bit bigger and not so fearful.

Balu

Balu was born on April 10, 2006. German
Shepherd – Border Collie Mix He
came to us in May 2006. Well,
what on earth did we bring in *lol* Better
said, my mother picked him up. He was six weeks old, when he came to us,
but now he is bigger than Charlie and I suppose he will grow even bigger.
However, already now he is already a little calf. But we still call him
fondly ‘little one’. His age is now that of a Teenager and what he
most likes is to tear up shoes. Did I say shoes? He loves to tear up
everything he can get. He as well goes virtuously to the school for dogs.
Balu’s model is Charlie. If
he barks, I will bark as well, he thinks. But I believe, that mostly he
doesn’t even know, why he does it *lol*. Their
latest game. Escaping. Where is the next hole in the fence?....
